Biz Testimonials
from Westmoreland Women’s Health Centers
December 2, 2010
To Whom It May Concern or Interest,
Our company, Westmoreland Women’s Health Centers, chose to implement the total transformation from analog paper charts to full electronic medical records (EMR) in May 2009, to be fully compliant with Government Regulations imposing EMR by 2015. We chose the Allscripts System for many reasons and we chose an early start to be able to have some returns from Government reimbursements. As part of the system installation and maintenance we were given hardware support and maintenance via the Allscripts system.
We made instead a decision of choosing a local provider for the hardware part and its maintenance. The reasons for this choice were simple.
- We needed somebody that would be available without undue delays, such as long travel distance.
- We needed somebody that was able and capable to provide the support and the growth of the system.
- We needed somebody that we could trust not to abuse, overcharge, or waste our money.
We had dealt with Biz Communications in the past, were pleased with their services, and knew they could meet our needs. We then asked them if they were interested in providing the hardware side, purchase, installation, and future maintenance and expansion of the EMR system. We have been dealing with Biz Com, since May 2009. We installed the original system. We modified the system. We amplified the system and we maintained the system under the best conditions and performance. We are totally satisfied with the services of Biz Communication, its personnel, out interactions, and our results.
I am the partner that originated and supervised the implementation, installation and daily use of the EMR for our company and I am underwriting this letter and can be reached for any further comments at our offices.
Sincerely,
Attilio G. Negro, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
